Instapot Lentil Sweet Potato Kale ~Soup

A hearty soup packed with nutrients and super easy to make.

Ingredients:

• olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1/2 sweet onion
• 5 stocks celery
• 1 sweet potato (1/2 inch cubes)
• 1 cup rinsed lentils
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1/2 a bundle of kale - chopped
• salt, pep, tj's chile lime
• 4 cups (1 carton) vegetable broth

Directions:

1. prepare ingredients
2. Turn instapot to saute and add olive oil
3. Once oil is hot - stir in the above ingredients in order they are listed - allowing each ingredient 1-2 minutes before adding the next
4. Cover instapot and pressure cook for 12 minutes
